EPP Plans for Long Term Care Requires a Customized Approach
9月8日, 2016, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid 服务 (CMS) announced that the Federal Register published the final rule “应急准备 Requirements for Medicare and Medicaid Participating Providers and Suppliers.” The regulation went into effect on November 16, 2016. Hospitals and nursing homes must comply and implement all regulations one (1) year after the effective date, 11月15, 2017.
